Your Program

 

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.  As your personal Health Coach, I will work with you to explore concerns specific to you and your body and evaluate what works best for you.

 

Your personalized program will be six months in duration so as to allow us time to really see what works for you. This will also allow you enough time to really incorporate your new lifestyle and dietary changes so that they become a comfortable and familiar part of your daily routine.  

 

As a client of my health coaching program, you will:

 

  • set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting

  • work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight and feel great in your body

  • understand and reduce your cravings

  • increase your energy level

  • learn about nutritious new foods and how you can easily incorporate them

  • learn simple techniques that will help improve health and well-being

  • learn why simply  "counting calories" is not a good option

  • learn about the many myths that abound regarding health and nutrition, and learn what really works

 

Your program includes:

 

  • two 50-minute private one-on-one counseling sessions (either in person or by phone) per month, during which you'll be given personalized recommendations

  • unlimited e-mail support between sessions to help answer any questions you may have

  • informative books, recipes, printouts and other helpful resources

  • my personal commitment to your health and success
